The Construction Labour Relations Association of Newfoundland and Labrador Inc. incorporated in 1973 is the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all unionized employers employing unionized trades persons engaged in the commercial and industrial sector of the construction industry in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
